WOODBRIDGE HISTORIC REHAB
This 100-year-old house sits in the Woodbridge Farms Historic District in Detroit. While modest compared to the ornate historic homes that surround it, the house features unique details like curved corner walls at on the second level, exterior wood paneling combined with cedar shingle siding, and a distinct front porch design with a sweeping concave staggered roof profile.
We are now working with the current owners to gain Historic District Commission approval for renovation of the interior and restoration of the exterior for this beautiful example of early 20th Century Detroit residential architecture.
